ABSTRACT: Six Sigma, as is a highly effective method,has been widely used in the process of product innovation design, and achieved good results. In this paper based on the Six Sigma method, from the perspective of user requirements and the analysis of the existing problems of the rewinding machine, the basic design process is established based on the DMADV model, and then combine with the TRIZ, KJ theory and other innovative methods, design a tape machine to meet the requirements of the user. The adhesive tape rewinding machine can realize the roll angle controllable, winding length controllable, constant tension control function.
