Fuzzy-PI Control Strategy for PMSM Used in Electric Vehicles

ABSTRACT: In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and its control system are analyzed, based on the mathematical model of PMSM and the principle of vector control, a compound control strategy combining Fuzzy control and PI control is designed, with the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm, establish Fuzzy-PI control simulation Model in Matlab/Simulink environment and conduct the simulation analysis and performance comparison. Simulation results show that, compared with PI control, Fuzzy-PI control strategy has the advantages of fast response and strong anti-jamming ability, it provides a new idea for the analysis and design of the driving control system of electric vehicles.
